• 11:00 AM - Workout Class with [solidcore]: Challenge yourself with a dynamic workout class. 
• 12:00 PM - Yoga with Downtown Yoga: Find your flow with another soothing yoga session. 
• 1:00 PM - HIIT Workout with Fly Fitness: End on a high note with a high-intensity interval training session.

It’s finally time to lace up your skates and hit the ice on the SCHEELS Skating Rink at Broadway Square in the heart of Downtown Fargo for a season opening ice skating party on Wednesday, December 6 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Join for a night of frosty fun, live music with DJ Pretty Ricky, giveaways and more!

Pretty Ricky will start a live DJ set at 6:00 pm. Warm up with hot chocolate from Black Coffee and Waffle Bar who will be on-site with buy one, get one free coupons to the first 100 attendees! 

Skating is free, skates are available to rent from the Skate Shake located next to the bathrooms. 

UPDATE: Due to inclement weather forecasted for this week, the Fargo Park District’s annual Holiday Tree Lighting at Broadway Square has been postponed. The event will now take place on Tuesday, December 2, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Join us at Broadway Square as we welcome the season of wonder with the lighting of our 32-foot-tall community tree in the heart of downtown Fargo!

Feel the magic as thousands of lights come to life, enjoy live performances and tasty treats, and take part in festive activities for every age. Bring your people, bundle up, and share a moment of wonder together under the winter sky.

The SCHEELS Skating Rink and Skate Shack will officially open for the season during the event. Regular season hours begin Wednesday, December 3: Monday–Friday from 4:00–8:00 pm and Saturday–Sunday from 12:00–8:00 pm.
