With multiple divisions, structured league play, and end-of-season tournament action, there’s a place for everyone to enjoy the game. Fargo Parks Youth Track & Field is open to boys and girls ages 5-12. This program helps kids build skills, stay active, and have fun through weekly practices and meets.

Practice & Meet Schedule - June 9 - July 2 (Each session lasts ~1.5 hours)

Ages 5-7 

• Practice: Mondays @ 6:30 pm
• Meets: Thursdays @ 5:30 pm

Ages 8-12

• Practice: Tuesdays @ 6:30 pm
• Meets: Thursdays @ 7:15 pm

This isn’t just any flag football experience—it’s a fun-filled adventure where young athletes learn the fundamentals of the game while running plays, dodging defenders, and building confidence in a non-contact, supportive environment.
