We discovered suspicious activity within our network on October 27, 2025, and took immediate action to secure our systems. Our IT team and outside experts are investigating the incident to determine its scope and restore services safely.

Protecting personal and financial data is a top priority. The investigation is ongoing, and we will share updates if any data risks are identified.

• Programs, classes, and events are continuing as scheduled

• Valley Senior Services and Courts Plus Community Fitness phones remain operational

• Valley Senior Services nutrition and transit programs are operational

• On-site staff are available to assist in person
