Status: Current
Location: Trollwood Park
Estimated Completion: Fall 2026
Project Overview: The Fargo Park District will be removing the existing Art Mart building at Trollwood Park in fall 2026, weather permitting. Due to its current condition, the building no longer serves a practical purpose within the park. Removal of the building will improve the overall safety, functionality and appearance of the space. During the 2027 construction season, a new picnic shelter and concrete pad will be installed in the former Art Mart area, providing a welcoming gathering space for families and community members to enjoy.
