Stacy Dahl joined the Fargo Park District as Information Technology Director in September 2025, bringing more than two decades of expertise in the IT industry. She leads Fargo Park District’s technology strategy with a focus on cybersecurity, modernizing infrastructure, and driving operational excellence.
Prior to joining Fargo Park District, Stacy served as IT Manager at CAPLP, where she supported technology solutions that enhanced community services. She also spent over 14 years at Bell Bank as Vice President/User Support Manager, overseeing a nationally distributed team and driving high-performance support for banking operations with a strong emphasis on customer service.
A native of Rolette, North Dakota, Stacy now calls Moorhead, Minnesota home, where she lives with her husband, Donny, and their family. Outside of work, Stacy and Donny are passionate about staying active and can often be found golfing at one of the Fargo Park District’s beautiful courses.
