Active Living
In partnership with Mariah Prussia | Define the Fight
Build confidence, awareness, and practical self-defense skills in this hands-on, all-gender class led by self-defense expert Mariah Prussia. Participants will learn strategies for recognizing their surroundings, setting boundaries, responding to challenging situations, and using practical self-defense techniques.
This two-class session provides a supportive environment where youth can practice skills, build confidence, and develop tools to help them feel more prepared and aware in everyday situations.
