The Fargo Park District is bringing the fields and courts to local parks again with another summer of the Neighborhood Sports Series program. The series kicks-off on Wednesday, July 16 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Clara Barton Park (1451 6th St. S., Fargo). The Neighborhood Sports Series aims to create a safe and fun environment where children can develop their athletic skills, build confidence and foster teamwork.
To ensure the program is accessible to all families and children in the community, there is no fee to participate and registration is not required. This summer’s activities include: football toss, free throw challenge, 4-square, Tri-City United soccer camp, Courts Plus youth fitness class and more.
The series will continue through July and August at a different neighborhood park:

July 16, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.: Clara Barton Park (1451 6th St. S., Fargo).

July 30, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.: Madison Park and Bicycle Playground (3010 11th Ave. N., Fargo).

August 13, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.: Brunsdale Park (1702 27th Ave. S., Fargo).
The series is designed to cater to children of all ages and skill levels and provides a wide range of sports options and instruction.
