Join the Fargo Park District, Audubon Great Plains and River Keepers for a fun day learning about trees and nature. The Fargo Park District is hosting an Arbor Day Party from 4:30-7:30 pm on Thursday, May 18 at Rheault Farm.
Arbor Day Party is free for the entire community. Bring your family out to see equipment like log loaders and bucket trucks, enjoy hands-on tree planting and pruning demonstrations, chainsaw safety and much more.
You’ll also have the chance to get gardening tips, ask Fargo Park District foresters questions about trees, learn about the benefits of native plantings from Audubon Great Plains and be taught the benefits of trees in our community by River Keepers. Have a good time learning about trees and nature and grab dinner from the food trucks on-site.
