Broadway Square’s Code of Conduct and park rules embrace a placemaking approach to managing this privately-owned public space and can be found in the table below.

Rules & Regulations

Everyone is welcome at Broadway Square, a privately owned public space.

Please help us create a family-friendly environment of inclusivity and respect for all while enjoying the amenities at The Square. Those not acting or communicating in such a manner (i.e. those being discriminatory, discourteous, disorderly, disruptive or otherwise harassing others or violating the Ordinances of the Park District of the City of Fargo) will be asked to leave.

Your right to use this space stops when the rights of other public patrons to safely and enjoyably use the space in its intended manner as a community space are negatively impacted by your use and behavior.

Broadway Square is not liable for any accidents that may occur or for any property left unattended.

Please be aware of conditions and your surroundings. Unattended items will be disposed of expediently.

Broadway Square is a smoke-free, drug-free and weapon-free space.

This includes all forms and types of illegal drugs, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, vaping and tobacco products.
