The holidays are shining a little brighter in Downtown Fargo this year!
Bundle up, grab your mittens and get ready for an evening filled with twinkling lights, sweet treats and holiday cheer! The Fargo Park District's beloved Holiday Tree Lighting sponsored by Luther Family Ford is joining the festivities of the Xcel Energy Holiday Lights Parade on December 5 for one extra-magical night of holiday fun!
Join us at Broadway Square from 5:00–8:00 pm as we celebrate the season with festive activities for the whole family. Sip on delicious hot chocolate from Silver Linings, toast a sweet treat at our s'mores stations featuring 1,000 s'mores kits provided by Silver Linings, create your own holiday keychain and make a festive holiday floral bundle.
The highlight of the evening happens at 6:00 pm, when Santa and Mrs. Claus join us for a special countdown to light up the Broadway Square holiday tree! Watch The Square sparkle as we officially kick off the Xcel Energy Holiday Lights Parade, which begins in Moorhead and makes its way to Downtown Fargo, ending on Broadway.
And there's even more winter magic to enjoy! Weather permitting, the SCHEELS Skating Rink will be open, with FREE skate rentals sponsored by the Fargo Park District from 5:00–8:00 pm.
From cozy cups of cocoa to making holiday memories with your favorite people and watching Downtown Fargo come alive with dazzling lights, there's something merry for everyone!
One festive night. Two beloved holiday traditions. A whole lot of holiday magic! We can't wait to celebrate with you at Broadway Square!
A special thank you to Luther Family Ford for helping make this celebration possible and completely free to the community!
