The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Park District of the City of Fargo will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the board room of the Park District Offices at 701 Main Avenue, Fargo, with President Joe Deutsch, presiding.

e. Amendment No. 1 to the Rose Creek Restaurant Lease between the Fargo Park District and Up North Hospitality, LLC d/b/a CJ’s Tavern.

g. Bid award in the amount of $609,161.00 to MTI Distributing, Inc. for bid package #1 for 2024 Park District Maintenance Equipment, bid award to Acme Electric in the amount of $155,631.00 for Kubota 130 HP 4wd Tractor w/ Normand Snow Blower and $1,815.00 alternate for a side discharge for a total amount of $157,446.00 and a Kubota L5460HST Tractor in the bid amount of $42,450.00 and bid award in the amount of $64,999.00 to Butler Machinery for a Snow Wolf Wheel Loader Snow Blower.
h. Request of permission to apply for a Minnesota Twins Community Fund Grant.
