Broadway Square’s SCHEELS Skating Rink is extending public skating hours over the holidays. From Saturday, December 19, 2020 through Sunday, January 3, 2021, public skating hours are 12:00-9:00 pm. The rink is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but opens for regular hours on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
The public restrooms and water bottle filling station at Broadway Square are now available. Due to COVID-19, face masks are required, and the rink is monitored with only 10-15 skaters allowed on the ice at a time. It's recommended that skaters limit their time on the ice to 15-30 minute time increments.
As part of our COVID-19 precautions, the Skate Shack, warming igloos, skate rentals and concessions are not available until 2021. No hockey sticks or pucks, street shoes or pets are allowed in the rink. Before visiting SCHEELS Skating Rink, please view the complete list of rink rules.
