Adaptive Tae Kwon Do

Location: Red River Traditional Tae Kwon Do, 3509 4th Ave S, Fargo, ND
Dates: Monday and Wednesday, sessions offered year-round

This program is for children with special needs ages 5-18. Children will learn basic skills and techniques of Tae Kwon Do. This class is being taught by 7th Degree Grand Master Jim Grimestad. Teen Night softball and glove

Location: Southwest Youth Ice Arena
Date: Tuesday, October 16 - March 19
Time: 7:00-9:00 PM
Fee: $52.00/person

This program is for developmentally disabled youth ages 13 to 21. The program emphasizes recreation, socializing, and having fun. Transportation will be provided to scheduled activities. Any questions call Randi Litchy at 701-499-6089.

Summer Camp

Location: Area Parks
Dates: Monday-Thursday, June-July

These programs are for children with special needs ages 5-21. They offer recreational opportunities that encourage social interaction through field trips, picnics, games and more. Any questions call Randi Litchy at 701-499-6089.

Xcelerate! Art Classes

These art classes are designed for special needs teens and adults to explore their creative side. Learn to draw and paint. Try your hand at many types of art. Show off your work at an open house art show. It's fun, it's free and it's for you! Class fees and all supplies provided thanks to Xcel Energy Foundation and the Fargo Park District.
