Fargo Park District is committed to the health and safety of our community. We are continuing to evaluate our response to the coronavirus situation (COVID-19) and are working closely with state and local health officials, as well as monitoring the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), for updates, resources and information.
As part of our response to COVID-19, Prairie Public Broadcasting and the Fargo Park District is cancelling Share-A-Story. The decision to cancel programs is difficult for us to make, but we are keeping in line with the recommendations from the experts.
All other Fargo Park District events and programs are being evaluated on a case by case basis to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all involved. Any cancellation announcements will be posted at FargoParks.com.
Join us for the 17th Annual Share-A-Story event where families enjoy stories shared through music, dance and performances by local community members. The Fargo Park District and Prairie Public Broadcasting are hosting and organizing this free event which is open to the public.
Free face painting and lunch will also be a part of the festivities and every child is able to leave with a free book courtesy of United Way Imagination Library..
