Fargo Park District and YMCA bring you outdoor Pop-Up Water Classes! Bring a friend and join us for some fun water workouts! Classes are adaptable and all levels are welcome.
Aquatics classes are designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water.
Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow.
