Leagues are offered for boy’s and girl’s ages 5-12. Leagues are set up to allow youth to play with children their same age/grade level.

Registration Procedure

1. Registration forms must be received by April 15 to ensure registration in this program.

2. For carpooling purposes, you may request to play with two other individuals. However, these two individuals must also request to play with you and register for the same level and list the same school. Also, this procedure only applies to registrations received by April 15.

Game/Practice Schedule

• A typical schedule will be each team playing two games a week.
• Practices may be scheduled depending upon diamond availability. Coaches and teams may also schedule additional practices at their discretion.

Rosters

Ideally, a maximum amount of players placed on a roster is 12. Exceptions may occur based on the situation.

Season

The program begins the week of June 2 and ends Friday, August 1.

Late Registration Meeting

Anyone interested in registering for youth baseball after April 15 must attend a late-registration signup the evening of TBA, between 5:00-7:00 pm in the boardroom of the Depot (701 Main Avenue-west end of the building).

Objectives of this program:

• Equal PARTICIPATION for all registrants.
• Learning the FUNDAMENTALS.
• Learning teamwork.HAVING FUN!
• This is a RECREATIONAL noncompetitive program.
• We DO NOT keep score of any games.

Game Locations

All Southside day program games are played at Lindenwood Park. All Northside day program games are played at Mickelson Fields. Evening program games are played at Lewis & Clark Diamond, South High (Sports Arena) Diamond, and Discovery Junior High Diamonds.

Rain-Out
