Reforest the Red

Help plant 1,000 trees and shrubs along the Red River in celebration of Arbor Day! Development and cultural practices have prevented natural regeneration of trees along the banks of the river. Planting trees in key areas along the Red will create a buffer to maintain river bank stability, encourage the
growth of native plants, improve water quality (F-M’s drinking water source!), and provide habitat for river wildlife.
