Shelter and Park Rental Amenities
Fargo Park District staff will require applicant to fill out the following forms
for special events if needed:
PUBLIC USE POLICY: Public use of park property owned
by the Fargo Park District requires permission for public and/or
private events. This includes press conferences, public displays,
rallies, and recreation events. Written requests are required.
CONCESSIONS: The Fargo Park District requires a permit for use of concession sales during public or private events. Call 701-499-6060 for information.

Due to a renovation project, no reservations will be available until after May 31, 2012.
Fargo’s oldest park located the beautiful downtown area. The Gazebo at is available for rentals between 10 am and 9 pm. Wedding reservations are accepted at this site. Accommodates 30 people in the gazebo. Space around gazebo can be used to accommodate more. Includes electricity and nearby restrooms.
No Alcohol Allowed at this site.

Fargo's largest and most popular park will attract up to 15,000 users on a summer weekend. The park is the largest multi-use park in Fargo with five picnic shelters, six softball diamonds, a baseball diamond, beautifully landscaped campground, restrooms and a new fully adaptive playground for people of all abilities. Picnic packs available.
Payment is due at the time a reservation is made. Reservations made over the phone must be paid by VISA, MasterCard or Discover. Reservations can also be made in our office at 701 Main Avenue, Fargo.
MAIN SHELTER - This shelter accommodates approximately 150-200
people. There is electricity in the shelter, a large charcoal
grill and the restrooms are attached to the shelter.
A Group Consumption Permit for Alcohol is available for $25.00 upon request in conjunction with a paid rental for this shelter.
SHELTERS 2, 3 & 4 - These three individual shelters accommodate
approximately 30 people each. There is electricity in the
shelters and a small grill located outside of each of the shelters.

ROTARY SHELTER - This shelter is located next to the Rotary Playground. It accommodates approximately 160 people. There is electricity, water and a large grill at this shelter.

Universal Playground at Lindenwood Park

The FM Rotary Foundation and the Fargo Park District are proud of a Universal Playground at Lindenwood Park. The FM Rotary Universal Playground is accessible to all children of all abilities and is the only playground of this magnitude in this region.
South Terrace Drive North

One of Fargo's oldest and most well groomed parks, this is an ideal place to have a family picnic or class reunion. The state's larges horseshoe complex is located in Oak Grove Park. The 36-acre park has an 18 hole disc golf course, three picnic shelters, new playground equipment, bike trails and one of three bike bridges across the Red River. Picnic packs available.

park has playground equipment, tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts and
the shelter has restrooms, electricity and water. This shelter is available to rent for groups up to 50 people (25 inside/25 outside).
A Group Consumption Permit for Alcohol is available for $25.00 upon request in conjunction with a paid rental and security deposit.

The entire site can be rented for a company or organization's event.
Currently Rheault Farm is 15 acres owned and operated by the Fargo Park District. Currently, the park has a picnic shelter, bunkhouse, playground, brick farmhouse, barn, granary, year round restrooms and a quonset. Site is open for public play during the summer months.
PICNIC SHELTER - The picnic shelter seats up to 160 people. The
park has a playground, restrooms and parking for 150 cars. The
shelter has electricity and a serving bar.
A Group Consumption Permit for Alcohol is available for $25.00 upon request in conjunction with a paid rental for this shelter.
BUNKHOUSE - On site there is also a bunkhouse available for rent to groups and organizations year round. The space has room for up to 140 people. The facility has a kitchen and restrooms on site. A Group Consumption Permit for Alcohol is available with a security deposit.

TROLLWOOD EAST GAZEBO - This shelter accommodates 75-100 people. There is electricity in the shelter, a large charcoal grill and the restrooms are located with in walking distance to the shelter. Wedding reservations accepted at this site.

TROLLWOOD WEST GAZEBO - This shelter accommodates 100-140 people. There is no electricity in the shelter, a large charcoal grill and the restrooms are located with in walking distance to the shelter. Wedding reservations accepted at this site.

TROLLWOOD BARN STAGE - The Barn Stage accommodates 200 people. There is electricity. Wedding reservations accepted at this site.
MAIN STAGE - Accommodates 1,000 people. Includes electricity. Wedding reservations accepted at this site.
TROLLWOOD ART MART - This shelter accommodates 50 people. There is electricity in the shelter, a large charcoal grill and the restrooms are located with in walking distance to the shelter. Wedding reservations accepted at this site.

Neighborhood park shelters/gazebos available on a first come first serve basis. These shelters have limited access to parking, no restrooms and may not have a grill or playground nearby.

and playground are available for public use. The shelter can seat
approximately 100 people.
